29 2013 WINTER under Reports > EH&S Documents. Make sure you and your employees know how to log in and view it. Before the end of this year, KPA will make the following changes to your hazard com- munication program: • Include guidance on the new 16-section SDS • Add information on the labeling changes, including the new standardized elements of a label (GHS hazard pictogram, signal words, hazard statements, and precautionary statement) • Explain the updated hazard classifications Update Safety Data Sheets (SDS’s) All Safety Data Sheets must have the new 16-section format by June 1, 2015, which means that between now and then you’ll likely start receiving new ones from manufacturers. KPA recommends that you place any updated versions you receive in your yellow box. The good news for you is that KPA maintains digital versions of SDS’s and your chemical inventory at www.myKPAonline.com. KPA will be updating your online database with new SDS’s as the manufacturers make them available. Where to Find More Information To learn more about the updated Hazard Communica- tion Standard and steps you can take to comply with it, view www.dealerwebinars.com/ghs.html or contact your KPA engi- neer.
