16 TADA Members Appointed to Key Positions On Texas Motor Vehicle Board E l Paso car dealer Raymond Palacios and heavy duty truck dealer Brett Gra- ham were recently appointed to new positions on the nine-member Motor Vehicle Board by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Palacios was elevated to the Chairmanship of the prestigious board and Graham was appointed to replace Marvin Rush as the Heavy Duty Truck representative. KATEHARDY GARY PAINTER Kate Hardy and Gary Painter were ap- pointed by theGovernor to fill expiring positions designated for the Vehicle Manufacturer/Distributor representa- tive and for the Law Enforcement representative for the state. Kate Hardy of Trophy Club is director of GeneralMotors (GM) Financial and has held various positions in the sales andmarketing groupwithGMfor over 30 years. Hardy received a Bachelor of Science in industrial management from Georgia Tech.
