12 Each month our company picks an organization and helps them out a little extra by hosting events for them or rais- ing money for them. One of the biggest events we had was in April when we partnered with Make-A-Wish of North Texas to send a little girl and her family to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Our company raised over $10,000 to send the family. Events like these are one reason the community looks up to us. Later this month we are hosting a fundraiser here at the dealership for a little girl in Canyon, Texas named Tatum. She was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma. The company will sell hamburgers, chips and drinks for $5.00 to the com- munity and all proceeds will go to the family of the little girl. Employees andmanagers have been raisingmoney in addition to the actual event by having team contests and a dunking booth at the event to dunk their favorite manager. All this is so that employees can get more money for the family. Our employees are a key factor to the success of all that we do and they are always happy to help and volunteer when they get this chance. This past year our company won the Newcomer Award for Best New Campaign and most money raised by a new company during UnitedWay of Amarillo &Canyon’s recent Campaign. United Way is one of the bigger organizations we contribute to because the money our employees donate to them goes out to various organiztions in our area. Other awards the company has received from the commu- nity include the 2015 Business Excellence Award for Top Emerging Business given out by the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, the 2015Wolfsburg Crest Club Award given out by Volkswagen, and many cook-off awards. Employees have represented the company well by winning a Top 20 Under 40 Award from the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and the 2015 Loaned Executive of the Year Award from United Way of Amarillo & Canyon.  JOE STREET AND JOHN LUCIANO PARTNERS FOR THE GREATER GOOD — CONTINUED FROM PAGE 11
