If you could look back on your career, and identify three things that helped you be successful, what would they be? Well first, work long hours. Success doesn’t happen. It isn’t luck. You have to work for it. Second, make sure you have good people by your side, and third, make sure you keep your family happy. Success doesn’t matter, if you lose your family in the process. I have a personal motto in regards to time and attention, and how to go about things. First, the good Lord above, then family, then job. In that order. I think it keeps things in perspective. Describe your all-time favorite vehicle (it can be one you’ve owned, or something on your wish list). My dad bought me a used 1968, could have been a 1969, Ford Bronco. It was my first car. It had three speeds, no power anything, and soft doors and a soft top. It went anywhere and I loved that car. It was my dream car. Tell us about your family. I have the two boys, Kyle and Kirby, that work with me, five grandchildren, and of course, my wife, Jeanie, whom I am happy to say is still my best friend. What is your favorite way to spend your free time? Any unusual hobbies? We have a ranch. We raise longhorn cattle, and horses. I hunt and fish. Jeanie and I collect wine. We belong to a wine tasting group. I don’t play golf! 
