12 Texas Dealer Academy W.B. Cavender Takes the Reins I n San Antonio, TDA learned from the best in the business during their three day meeting in June. The young Texas dealers’ partner in education, NADA University, was in the house to provide their expertise on running a successful dealership. Headed by Peter Fong, NADA Senior Vice President for Dealership Opera- tions, NADA is the leading source for dealership training. Their half-day session featured academy members presenting their own analyses of dealership issues and problem solving.
