38 D ealers from Texas and beyond gathered for the annual Texas Party at the Wynn Hotel in Las Ve- gas during the NADA Convention in February. The leadership of Texas dealers was present throughout the Convention, and the Texas Party provided a spe- cial opportunity to honor and thank those outstanding dealer members. TADA Past Chairman Stacey Gillman of Houston was celebrated as our newest Texas TIME Quality Dealer. She was joined at the Texas celebration by friends and family for this outstanding honor. NADA Chairman for 2019, Charlie Gilchrist of Weath- erford was also celebrated during the Opening General Session of the Convention by NADA Show Chairman Michael Joe Cannon. “This past year there were many challenges in the auto industry, but your NADA Chairman Charlie Gilchrist never backed down from a single one.” Gilchrist expanded on his “We Are NADA” theme from last year during his presentation. “A year ago, I challenged you not to just be part of NADA, not to be just a member, but to be an active part of the team,” Gilchrist said. “One dealer can accomplish some things, but many dealers together can accomplish anything. Over the course of this year, I saw it.” TADA is proud to be represented by so many spectacu- lar dealers who are leaders both in their communities and in their industry, and it was an honor to celebrate them in Las Vegas.  Texas Party NADA Convention 2020
