A company is like a com- munity. PEOPLE are its main ingredients. PEO- PLE create the culture, which is the foundation that the company is built on. Three top priorities since 2001 in creating a culture that sets the dealer- ship apart from others are: 1. Flexible work hours for women, especially the ones who have a family to care for. Their family comes first before work. 2. Flexible work hours for full-time students. They can arrange their work hours around their school schedule. 3. Continuous effort in creating jobs. Jobs create earnings, and earnings provide liv- ing necessities. It goes full circle. Over the past 20 years, Hacienda has grown from 30 employees to 250 em- ployees and served our customers from Edinburg to Rio Grande City. Our magic to success has al- ways remained the same, i.e., taking care of PEO- PLE, because PEOPLE are and will always be the main ingredients of our success. For the next 20 years, Hacienda Ford will continue to devote its resources in serving PEO- PLE: (1) Community (2) Customers (3) Employees, and will be the trusted family dealership in pro- viding reliable transporta- tion to our customers so that they feel unstoppable and worry-free.
