42 Ford, Inc., in Edinburg, Texas. The com- pany had around 30 employees and sold 50-60 cars a month. Our annual sales on the Ford Financial was about $20 million at the time. I was promoted to the general manager position in 2001 and renamed the company Hacienda Ford (DBA). Subsequently, I became a part-owner of Hacienda Ford. We have been in the Ford top 100 volume dealer list and President Award win- ner for many years. Our total sales in 2018 were $140 million on the Ford Financial Statement. We have about 250 employees (including all entities) working together as the Hacienda family. We offer 100% company-paid health, dental, vision & up to $100,000 per person life insurance as well as a company-matched 401(k) retire- ment program. Hacienda is not just a business. Hacienda is a brand with conviction and strong DNA. Our core values are RESPECT, INTEGRITY, GROWTH, HUMAN CONNEC- TION and TEAMWORK. Our vi- sion is to be the Rio Grande Valley’s most trusted dealership, delivering and servicing SMART vehicles for a SMART community. Our mission is to make people’s lives better by pro- viding reliable transportation and a signature experience that is affordable and worry-free. I formed an entity called Hacienda Ventures Inc. dba Hacienda Auto Outlet for off-site preowned vehicle operations in 2000. It is currently in operation inMcAllen. In 2016, I estab- lished our first off-site body shop called Hacienda Collision Center in McAl- len. Last year, I added two more body shops, one in Weslaco and one in Har- lingen. Currently, our total body shop operations generate over $1,200,000 in sales every month. Our Service and Quick Lane operations at Hacienda Ford generate $650,000 every month. We anticipate over $700,000 in sales by the end of the year. Our second Quick Lane is in the planning stage and will be in operation in July 2020. I have also purchased a mobile service unit and planned to bring vehicle mainte- nance to the customers, either to their residence or business location, valley wide in 2020. In January of this year, I acquired a transportation company called Yates Transportation inAlice, Texas. We pro- vide car hauling services for dealerships, both franchised and independent, carry- ing their vehicles from point to point. I believe the diversification of our business operations is healthy and a necessary process for continuous growth. Hacienda Ford has been a strong sup- porter and longtime partner of Ford in the Consumer Experience Movement (CEM). CEM is a coaching program designed to shift how dealerships do business, from transactional to trans- formational, and from sales orientation to customer orientation. I represent Central Market and serve as a US CEM committee member working with Elena Ford in the continuous im- provement of CEMfor USFordDealers.
